About Bob
My first entry into the insurance industry was in 1980. Then in 1985, I chose to serve in the camping ministry, which I loved. I was the director for camp and conference ministries for 22 years. Serving people has long been my passion. In 2006 I came back into the insurance industry with this passion to serve. I am an independent insurance agent, with the goal of protecting your financial future.
For nearly two decades, I have specialized in helping senior adults. My emphasis is based on the belief that my customer’s needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs.
About Crystal
Most of my professional career I served as a paralegal for a prominent local law firm. With over 15 years experience, I excel at research.
Since early 2020 I’ve taken that experience and talent, and transitioned from legal research into helping people navigate through the Medicare maze. I have always enjoyed serving people and find helping you discover your best Medicare options truly rewarding.
We all know that Medicare is conFUSing. I am passionate about taking the “FUS” out of the confusion and helping guide you and your friends through the Medicare process.

As independent agents, we have the freedom to work for you, not for the insurance companies. We carry many options to help find the plan that works best for you.
An agent that carries only one company must sell their company. (Bob knows, the first 3 1/2 years in his career he was one of those agents.)
